Excursions will take place on Sunday, July 28th. This year we are offering two excursions that you may choose from. Be sure to RSVP during registration!
Devil's Lake & Wollersheim Winery and Distillery
Enjoy the day at one of Wisconsin's most visited state parks, Devil's Lake. Devil's Lake offers many different hiking trails; easy to moderate to hard. Row boats, canoes and kayaks can also be rented and taken out on the lake. All rental fees are responsible by the attendee. On the way back, enjoy a stop at a roadside sculpture park, Forevertron, and one of Wisconsin's top wineries, Wollersheim Winery and Distillery. Stop in for a tasting of one of their award-winning wines or their expertly made cocktails.
Chicago Day Trip
Spend the day in Chicago where there is a little of something for everyone. Chicago has plenty of tours, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The majority of your day will be spent exploring the city on your own with one sponsored activity; a cruise along the Chicago River on a 75 minute tour, and discover hidden architectural gems among the city.
The banquet dinner will be held on the evening of Monday, July 29th at the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club. Tickets are $60/person and one guest ticket can be purchased while registering. Please RSVP while registering to secure your spot!
Parking on campus is very limited; if you plan to have a car while at the meeting, please contact Conference Management at email@example.com for more information.

Checks: Please make all checks out to Wisconsin Union - ICRC 2019 and mail to Wisconsin Union Conference Management | 800 Langdon St. | Madison, WI 53706. **Please allow time for checks to be cut and mailed.
Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference Management staff directly for instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.
All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com by Saturday, June 15th in order to receive a partial refund. A $100 process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Saturday, June 15th will not receive a refund.
