If you are presenting an oral presentation, you MUST follow these two steps to load your presentation:

If you are presenting an oral presentation, you MUST follow these two steps to load your presentation:
- Submit a PDF file of your presentation to the online website so that all participants can follow along with your talk: https://wisconsinunion.sharefile.com/i/i767e47a8b6642c18
- You will need to create an account to access the shared folders. Please save your talk in the appropriate folder based on the agenda.
- Load your presentation (keynote or powerpoint and a PDF file) with the AV tech in your presentation room one hour before your scheduled session. Bring your presentation on a flash drive as you will not be able to use your personal computer. We will provide both a Mac and PC for you to use.
- Ensure all images and videos are embedded into your presentations to prevent corrupted files.

Poster Presentations
Presentation Logistics
Poster presenters are responsible for printing their own poster. If you need to print a poster on-site, the following locations offer printing services:
Bob's Copy Shop - 710 W. Wingra Dr (2.0 miles from Memorial Union)
FedEx - 654 W. Washington Ave (0.9 miles from Memorial Union)
StudentPrint - 333 East Campus Mall (0.3 miles from Memorial Union)
Any presenter needing to ship a poster prior to the conference will need to contact Conference Management to confirm when the poster will arrive to ensure that it is delivered properly and on-site.
Presentation Logistics
- Poster board dimensions are 4' high x 4' wide
- Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use
- Posters can be set up beginning at 10:00am on the first day of your presentation and left up for the duration of the session
