Visa Letter Administration
Visas
Participants from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their county of origin. Please begin your visa application process as soon as you register. Consulates in some countries take several months to process applications. For information on obtaining your visa, go to https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas.html or www.dhs.gov/us-visit . As soon as you contemplate travel to the United States, and after identifying that a visa is needed, contact the US embassy or consulate for information about current visa processing time estimates and processes.
We recommend applying for your visa at least three to four months before the meeting. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews. Therefore, applicants should first consult the U.S. Department of State's visa appointment and process wait times website.
To request a visa letter, please fill out the questionnaire here.
Further information on business visas can be found on the U.S. Department of State Business Visa Center website and the IVO website.
For visa purposes, a letter from the conference organizers may be obtained upon the completion of registration. You may select the option to "Pay Later" if you require a visa letter prior to submitting payment. Please email Conference Management at [email protected] with your registration number and a letter will be emailed to you.
